The Frenzy 04 oozes quality. The package is complete with an excellent backpack, bar, line set and manual -all to the usual (and expected) Ozone high standard!! The kite is fairly easy to set up - the lines and attachment points are clearly numbered to avoid any confusion and the instructions are good. It best to unwind the lines, separate them completely and lay them out. Take note of the section in the instruction sheet "attach the lines to be bar" - the sheet doesn't actually say this but in order to connect the main and rear / brake lines the FULL length of each line has to be pulled through the leader line loops - if the lines are completely separate and laid out it doesn't take too long but make sure you don't get them knotted.

The latest bar is an improvment on the original Frenzy bar. In this case the reach to the bar from the hooked in position is shorter and altogether more manageable - hence the bar moves a shorter distance between depower and full power. The safety features are still there and they're excellent. In this case the chicken loop safety release is much easier and quicker to reset so well done to Ozone !
In flight the 04 is very graceful, smooth and maintains its shape and inflation very well - it looks well made even from a distance. In a light wind the bar can be used as a speed control system. The depower position allows the kite to gain speed and conversely pulling back on the bar reduces speed. In a stronger wind the depower operates very well with a good range. This 7.3m 04 turns incredibly well for such as big kite and a reasonably short 55cm bar. It certainly feels more agile than the previous model.

So...a brief review but its lovely to fly and I'll say it again the overall quality is excellent.
