All three kites are similar to a conventional "foil" kite in that thay have an upper and lower surface. There are NO inflatable battens as used in a Leading Edge Inflatable (LEI) kite. However unlike a conventional foil kite which has a bridle to support the kite%27s cells, the Peter Lynn kites have no external bridle. Each tip has a spar which fits into a pocket and the lines attach to the tips. The kites have valves in the leading edge to maintain inflation.
