Competition XL is a well designed and constructed elliptical shaped
kite with reinforced leading edges, trailing edges and internal venting
holes. The bridle is made from specially stiffened Dyneema. Each brake
lines passes through a ring which is attached by a short line to the
main flying line bridle point which results in very responsive turning
and braking. The standard handles are very short and difficult to use
- I've swapped them for Spider handles which are superb ! The specifications
are those published on the quadrifoil
web site - although they're listed differently on other sites and prices
lists. The price guide is based on those found in Kitesurf Magazine
but please check since they do vary ! |
